**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and delivering top-notch customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Upsell products and promote specials to customers
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a food service or coffee shop environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order processing
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
- Passion for coffee and understanding of different coffee types
- Retail math skills for transactions and inventory management

Pay: $14.99 - $15.69 per hour
